COSTUME CONTEST
Once registered, you and your pup will be entered to strut in the Dog Parade, where thousands of spectators will be cheering you on. A panel of select judges will score the costumes and choose finalists. Finalists will then be invited on stage with their pups for an audience participation round to determine the Crowd Favorite and ultimate winner.
Prizes will be awarded in the following categories:

Bring a bag of dog or cat food to contribute to the Friends of Strays Animal Shelter Food Pantry!
The Friends of Strays’ Pet Food Pantry has been providing under-resourced households with free cat and dog food since 2015 in partnership with St. Petersburg Free Clinic, Meals on Wheels, and Daystar Life Center
